Show Your Shine was founded in 2021. It stemmed from the desire to create a safe place for women to gather and discuss the issues they are facing each and every day. Our hope is to provide skills and conversation that help women and their allies develop healthy habits to stand up for themselves and empower their peers.
Who We Are
Juliette Kesterson
Co-Founder & CEO
Juliette Kesterson is passionate about building a community of strong women. She organized this company because of the lack of opportunities for women to come together and discuss the very real challenges they face every day of their lives. Using her degree in Adult Education, she creates research backed training that is powerful for everyone. She moved to Knoxville in 2012 where she lives with her husband and their fur-children.
Jenna Dulling
Co-Founder & COO
While pursuing her masters in adult education, Jenna Dulling found her passion for empowering individuals through situational awareness and self directed learning. This passion led her to team up with Juliette to create programming to empower others. She lives in Knoxville with her husband and two children.
